Our boy Coop, was the most amazing, loyal, gentle and loving companion. From his need to be with us 24/7, to his way of protecting us when we were hurt or recovering, to the love in his big beautiful brown eyes, the void in our lives and hearts is vast. No one told us what it would feel like to lose such a huge part of our us. I could go on for days describing him.
Barb and her assistant, Julie, were beyond amazing. The kindness and compassion they showed to our entire family during this most difficult time was incredibly comforting. It is hard to put into words what they meant to us. We talk often about how peaceful and gentle the entire experience was. They let us carry our boy out to their vehicle, but after we each kissed him one last time, Barb reached in and gently lifted his head, placing him more comfortably in the blanket. Such deserved dignity and respect was shown to our boy. Thank you so very much!
